Our default service trigger is 2 inches of snowfall. Service begins automatically once the trigger is reached and the snowfall has stopped. If a snowfall continues our service will start once an accumulation of 5-6" has been reached.
You can also request optional call-outs for snowfall or slush below the trigger level.
Our winter service season runs from November 1 to April 1. Contracts are for the full seasonal period.
Service begins automatically when the snowfall trigger is reached. During continuous or heavy snowfall, we service properties as quickly as conditions safely allow. Priority status is included with our Elite package.
Yes, for the best results please move vehicles out of the service area before snowfall if possible. If vehicles are normally parked in the service area, let us know in your property questions so we can plan accordingly.
Salting and ice control are included with our Elite package. For Economy, Gold, and Platinum packages, salting is available as an add-on that can be added during the quote process.
After the ten included Gold visits are used, additional visits are billed at your property's extra-visit rate. You will be notified as you approach the visit limit.
An other option will be to upgrade to the Platinum plan, a $25 administation fee will also apply.
Yes, optional call-outs for snowfall or slush below the trigger are available. Contact us to arrange a below-trigger service visit.
During major storm events, we prioritize safety and service all properties as conditions allow. We may return for additional clearing if snowfall continues after the initial visit.
Snow is stacked on your property where space allows. During the quote process, we ask whether you have enough room to stack snow. If space is limited, snow relocation or hauling options are available.
Yes. Snow stacking, relocation, and off-site hauling are available services. These can be added to your package or requested on an as-needed basis.
Yes, we service gravel driveways. A gravel-surface adjustment may apply to your pricing to account for the additional care required.
Package changes after the season begins are subject to review and availability. Contact us to discuss your options.
This online price is based on the property areas and information you provide. Final acceptance is subject to Tor Contracting reviewing the property, service area, site access, and measurements.
