From the Ground Up — A Company Built on Hard Work
Tor Contracting Inc. started in 2018 as an excavation and concrete company, incorporated in 2019, and has grown into a trusted name in excavation, concrete, ICF construction, waterproofing, demolition, drainage, and bin rentals. We began snow removal service in 2021, and this year — 2026 — we gave that division its own name: Tor Snow Removal, proudly serving North Adjala-Tosorontio.
Our Story
Tor Contracting started in 2018 as an excavation and concrete company serving the local community. A year later, in 2019, we incorporated as Tor Contracting Inc. and expanded into a full-service contractor offering ICF construction, waterproofing, demolition, drainage, and bin rentals alongside our core excavation and concrete work.
In 2021, five years ago, we saw a need from our clients for dependable winter service — so we added snow removal to the business. What began with a single pickup truck serving Angus, Baxter, Lisle & Everetthas grown into a dedicated snow fleet of 2 trucks and 3 loaders.
As the snow side of the business grew, we narrowed our service area to focus on doing right by our closest neighbours. This year, 2026, we gave our snow division its own name — Tor Snow Removal — and proudly serve Lisle, Everett & Glencairn(North Adjala-Tosorontio), the same communities we live and work in.
